The Maltings, so named being barn conversions from the original ‘Maltings’ and brewery which supplied the beer to one of the local pubs.
The first floor sitting room gives charming views of the River with Instow and the hills beyond. The cottage is a short distance from the Quay, the centre of village life where the trawlers moor and you can buy your freshly caught fish, sit and watch the boats at work and play or the children can catch crabs – a local pastime!
A comfortable, well equipped house for a peaceful relaxing holiday! A well lit car park is approximately 100 yards level walk to the cottage. Gas central heating makes the property ideal for the early or late bookings.
